WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

Delivery times vary depending on location. Once your order has been made, the current estimated transit times for standard delivery are 7-10 working days for domestic. Please be aware these delivery times act as a guide and on occasion may take less time or slightly longer.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY

UK shipping only. Delivery costs are determined by the size of the order and package. Most parcels will be sent via Royal Mail. On occasions for large orders, a courier may be used.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER

Times vary for orders as they are all made-to-order. If you have any questions about timescale before ordering then please get in touch.
RETURNS

As all orders are bespoke, I do not offer returns. However, if you have a problem with your order or it has arrived damaged, then please get in touch. Please ensure you take photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging it arrived in.
